Pharmacy Manager – Pharmacist or Pharmacy Technician | Private Hospital Salary: Up to £60,000 per year + Competitive Benefits Package Hours: Full time, Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week Location: Oxford Are you ready for a step up into a management role, or looking to expand your expertise?

Compass Associates are excited to be working with one of the UK's largest private healthcare providers in the search for an experienced pharmacy manager to join their small-but-expanding pharmacy department within their beautifully situated Private Hospital.
This Hospital offers several specialities including orthopaedics, cancer care and cardiac care.
The successful candidate will possess strong management and leadership skills and will be an effective communicator.
If you have proven management experience within a pharmaceutical environment, this may be the role for you!
*Please note that if you are a pharmacy technician, you must have some leadership experience.

What You'll Be Doing Lead and motivate the Pharmacy team.
Provide leadership on medicines management.
Undertake ward rounds.
Maintain high-level standards held by the facility.
Ensure that errors and complaints are handled effectively.
What You'll Bring Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
Excellent Interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of oncology pharmacy.
Previous management experience within a pharmaceutical setting.
Ability to work diligently and use initiative.
Strong communication skills.
Location This hospital is located in Oxford- commutable from London, Reading, Cheltenham, and Luton.
