Internal Coordination: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between departments, ensuring everyone is aligned and working towards common goals.
Communication: Act as a clear and professional communicator, handling internal communications, client interactions, and external contact management with finesse.
Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support, including scheduling, travel arrangements, email management, and document preparation.
Project Management: Assist in the planning and execution of projects, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently.
Qualifications: Proven Experience: Extensive experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role demonstrating strong operational and organizational skills.
Exceptional Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt your style to different audiences.
Tech Savvy: Proficient in using various standard tools (word, excel, etc) for communication, project management, and administrative tasks.
Problem Solver: A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to anticipate needs and find effective solutions.
Events Experience: Experience in event planning and coordination is highly desirable.
