Luminary Group is seeking a motivated and organized Personal Assistant to support our executive team.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and performing a variety of administrative tasks that ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Responsibilities: Provide high-level administrative support to executives, managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Prepare and organize meetings, including agenda creation, note-taking, and following up on action items.
Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents as needed.
Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when dealing with sensitive information.
Coordinate communication between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors to ensure smooth office operations.
Conduct research and compile information as requested by executives.
Handle special projects and assist with various tasks as assigned by the executive team.
Requirements High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and schedules.
