Role and Responsibilities We are looking for a Personal Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company's senior-level managers.
Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalised and timely support to executive members.
The main responsibilities are as follows: Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners.
Manage Managing Director and CEO's calendars and set up meetings on their behalf.
Managing personal correspondences for executives.
Make travel and accommodation arrangements.
Rack daily expenses for executives and prepare weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports to the finance team.
Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory.
Format information for internal and external communications – memos, emails, presentations, reports.
Take minutes during meetings.
Ad-hoc administrative tasks as and when required.
Things such as helping plan company days, ordering food and drinks for client meetings.
Assisting with a variety of special projects as directed by executives.
To ensure both the MD and CEO are managing their time effectively by providing data and insights collected from meetings, calls and diary invites.
About you An experienced personal assistant .
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise work effectively.
Proficient in using al MS office products ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).
Proficient in using Outlook.
Attention to detail with good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently but also collaboratively.
Professional demeanour with the ability to interest effectively with executives, clients, and colleagues.
Be aligned with Live Group values.
Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to take initiative.
Communicate and collaborate well with colleagues and clients.
Excellent interpersonal skills including person, telephone, and email, confident and professional when interacting with clients.
