Job Description As a Personal   Assistant, you will provide high level administrative support to the PF & COO Office to ensure the efficient running of both business areas.
 You will support the Executive Assistant to the CEO of Personal Finance and cover periods of absence, managing workload collaboratively.
  As an Personal Assistant, we are looking for someone to: Providing comprehensive assistance to the Directors in an extremely fast paced environment Understand priorities, reorganising workload and tasks accordingly to ensure the Directors' time is maximised Co-ordinating and managing the Directors' diaries, managing time effectively and intelligently, using initiative to prioritise urgent matters to ensure the smooth, timely and professional running of the business area at all times Managing and organising Directors' travel and accommodation Preparation of agendas/papers/presentations for Committee meetings Meeting and greeting visitors and making arrangements Qualifications Essential Strong administrative skills - Highly proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint Attention to detail with strong time management and organisational skills in order to manage busy schedules/diary Self-motivated with a proactive approach Ability to problem solve Stakeholder management – ability to build strong stakeholder relationships Additional Information Benefits working at Together 26 days holiday, and a day off for your birthday (increasing with service to 30 days), plus bank holidays Buy & sell holidays Discretionary annual bonus Matched pension contribution Life assurance Critical illness cover Health cash plan Private medical insurance Free access to company holiday homes Travel season ticket loans Ride to work scheme Free local gym access Local bar / restaurant discounts Together embraces diversity and inclusion, and are proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
