Position: Administrator Location: Stone  Salary: £23,000 Hours : Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm Responsibilities: Update and create product specifications as required Request quotes and information from approved suppliers and logistics providers Prepare customer quotations and follow up accordingly Coordinate hotel, transport, and event bookings for industry activities Provide up-to-date sales analysis using our internal database Support the sales team with resources for client meetings and visits Ensure weekly updates of the product database Manage office supplies, including ordering and organising stationery and catering items Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to process and interpret data efficiently and accurately.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience with Sage 50 is a plus, though not essential.
Previous office-based experience is advantageous but not required.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
No specific industry experience is needed; comprehensive training will be provided.
