Performance/Growth Marketing Manager - B2C

At Guestwise, we are building cutting-edge software that helps marketers in the restaurant, pub, and bar industries automate personalised marketing at scale.
We are now looking for a Performance/Growth Marketer - B2C to work closely with our customers to ensure their marketing campaigns drive real, measurable, and provable incremental revenue.
In this hybrid role, you will combine the traditional responsibilities of a growth marketer with customer success, acting as a key partner to our clients by running or guiding them through campaigns using our core products — Acquire, Activate, and Engage.
You will play a vital role in helping them understand, plan, execute, and optimise their marketing activities to achieve the best results.
Requirements What will you do: Campaign Strategy and Execution: Work with our customers to plan, launch, and optimise marketing campaigns across our platform, helping them to achieve measurable outcomes.
Customer Engagement: Support customers on a managed service basis for some accounts, running end-to-end campaigns, while for others, provide strategic recommendations and insights on a regular basis to guide self-serve marketing efforts.
Performance Reporting: Analyse campaign performance, share insights, and recommend actionable next steps to help drive conversions and incremental revenue for our clients.
Product Feedback and Roadmap: Collaborate with our product team, informing the product roadmap by representing the voice of our customers and identifying feature enhancements based on campaign performance and customer feedback.
Revenue Focus: Ensure that every customer is leveraging the platform to drive incremental revenue and value, with clear visibility into the results and their impact.
Ongoing Optimisation: Regularly review campaigns and customer activity, providing continuous optimisation suggestions, new campaign ideas, and strategic support.
Your areas of knowledge and strengths that matter most for this role: Proven experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role with a focus on driving revenue and customer engagement (B2C).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate insights from marketing performance data and share actionable recommendations.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in customer-facing roles.
Experience and familiarity working with different marketing platforms for running PPC, direct-marketing (email, SMS) and other types of marketing campaigns.
Ability to balance multiple priorities, from hands-on campaign execution to providing high-level strategic guidance.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset, with a focus on delivering value to customers.
Understanding of hospitality marketing challenges and a passion for helping clients succeed.

Technically minded with the ability to make your way around data and conversion metric.

Our Interview Process: Stage 1: Recorded Video Interview using Willo.
Stage 2: Case Study Prep and Submission.
Stage 3: Live Case Study Review.
This will be a 1 hour google meet with 2 members from our team to review your case study submission.
Stage 4: Culture Add Interview.
This will be a 1 hour google meet with 2 members from our team to evaluate culture add and organisational values alignment.
Benefits £35,000 - £55,000 annual salary  A 5% company pension contribution via our pension provider Aviva.
