The Role We're looking for a new People Partner to join our team where we are focused on elevating our employee experience and strengthening our people practices. This role will be central to fostering a culture of engagement, business alignment, and high performance.
You'll collaborate closely with all our people to deliver an exceptional employee experience right across the lifecycle, support managers in driving accountability, and contribute key insights to shape our people roadmap. This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, with a collaborative People Team and champion a supportive, purpose-driven work place for all.
All our roles are remote working style from one of our entity locations in the UK, Spain, Portugal or Malta.

We're looking for someone who is… People Experience-Centric: Collaborating closely with colleagues across the People Chapter to champion an exceptional experience across the full employee lifecycle. Being a champion of our culture and using insights to help inform our EVP and boost engagement and employee happiness.
An Adaptive People Partner: Tailoring your approach to effectively collaborate with individuals and managers across Blexr, using strong communication skills to build trusted relationships that empower both managers and employees to succeed. Focusing on up-skilling People Managers, enhancing their accountability, and guiding them through the employee lifecycle to ensure consistency and impact. Passionate about learning and development: Identifying, developing and delivering core learning that enhances our employee skill sets across multiple areas that underpin our desired mindset, ways of working and cultural goals. Able to drive Workforce Planning and Performance: Ensuring Blexr has the right talent, skills, mindset and structure to meet its strategic goals while fostering sustainable, high-performance teams. Supporting People Managers in building high-performance, accountable, and collaborative teams, aligning collective mindsets to be purpose-driven and outcome-focused. Data-Driven in Decision-Making: Skilled at gathering and analysing data to make well-informed recommendations and provide key employee insights. Able to translate insights into actionable guidance, helping managers understand their teams better and make sound, data-driven decisions that support our goals. An Employee Relations Expert: Streamlining processes and policies to make them clear and accessible. Applying a deep understanding of employment law, ensuring compliance and support across various employee relations matters.
Focused on ensuring the Brilliant Basics are right: Proactively collaborate across the business to ensure the "brilliant basics" of people experience are consistently met including Happiness Check-Ins, Pay & Promotion Reviews, Onboarding & Induction support, etc.
Proven to have People Expertise in Dynamic Environments: You have successfully developed and implemented innovative people practices in agile, change-driven settings. It would be a bonus if… You are a natural coach and mentor, with formal qualifications in coaching or mentoring being a plus. You bring expertise in European employment law and an understanding of its complexities across jurisdictions. What's in it for you?
