A bit about what you will be doing: We are looking for a strategic and dynamic People Partner to join us.
Working closely with the Head of People Operations and other senior partners, you will take a lead HR role supporting a cluster of restaurants.
You will provide HR support and guidance on people issues to managers, ensuring policies and procedures are followed.
This role oversees People Coordinators who offer further support to the operational team.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities: Support recruitment strategies alongside the talent team, including Talent Management and succession planning.
Champion our Culture by promoting our values and ensuring fair and consistent people management.
Support and lead performance management of senior staff.
Assist the Learning and Development team in rolling out training and onboarding for new employees.
Deliver people-based projects as needed.
Provide up-to-date, legal, and commercially focused advice to the senior management team.
Take ownership of complex ER cases.
Monitor data on labour costs, employment relations, and sickness absence to identify trends and agree action plans.
Build long-term, trusting relationships with the business and other People team colleagues.
