Assess risk, manage and mitigate this taking action up to director level.
Maintain good working relationships with key internal or external stakeholders at senior level.

Timely escalation to Directors and stakeholders of service issues.
Challenge yourself and team to support a high performing environment.
Passionate about sharing knowledge and expertise with others within the business unit to ensure business continuity & business improvement.
