Salary range is between £50-£70k per annum and applications from people looking for 4 or 5 days are encouraged. Hybrid working on offer, at least 3 days at the office.

Based in Cambridge, this role reports to the Head of People and works alongside the TA Manager. You will be instrumental in leading on all things HR Ops including managing a People Team Administrator.


Responsibilities: Managing the whole employee life cycle from onboarding to exit interviews Providing metrics and analytics from the HRIS (HiBob) Managing the payroll and benefits and working with their external payroll provider to ensure the smooth running of payrolls in the UK and US. Responsible for compliance, people processes and policies Partnering with line managers to provide coaching on any employee issues Managing low level ER cases Owning the global immigration process Working alongside the Head of People to deliver HR initiatives About You: You will have previous experience in a scaling tech / scientific business Passion for delivering a great employee experience CIPD qualification or equivalent Line management experience HR tech savvy and a passion for HR data and analytics reporting Proficiency in MS office applications An excellent communicator with a collaborative approach Parking is limited at their office, however public transport links are close by - bus, train or guided bus.
