Job Description What you'll do… Reporting to the People & Culture Partner, you will be the first point of contact for our teams when it comes to general questions & requests, fulfilling a key support role within the People team Manage the administration of all key touch points throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, changes, and offboarding.
Act as our HRIS system expert- updating Fourth with starters, changes, leavers Oversee our communication platform management system, Connect.
Prepare and manage employee contracts, ensuring all required documentation is accurate and complete.
Collaborate with P&C Partner to deliver monthly reports that will provide insight on workforce changes, DEI metrics and more.
Ad hoc reporting related to employee lifecycle, eg: RTW, Work Enniversary, Birthdays, and more Along with hiring managers, support Talent attraction by advertising on our various platforms, and keeping our recruitment system up to date.
Play a big part in making sure our newbies have a great joining experience, including arranging paperwork, conducting pre-employment right-to-work checks, and setting up necessary tech/logins.
Organise and deliver weekly inductions alongside the team, presenting to new starters and ensuring they are prepared for their roles.Be a key member of all engagement activities, eg: People pop ups, Hox Heros, All Hands, Annual Survey, etc.
Collaborate with Payroll Coordinator on a monthly basis, ensuring accurate pay and reducing number of pay defects Support the People & Culture team with employee relations matters, including handling conflicts, grievances, and other employee concerns.
Support our Training Manager with related activities such as room set-ups, training coordination and bot/poster creation Opportunity to participate in ad-hoc projects alongside the People & Culture team and other key stakeholders Qualifications What are we looking for… It's all about personality for us, someone who enjoys being helpful to others; that person who makes you feel confident they can answer any question and who you'd want to stop and chat to Minimum of 1 years previous HR experience would be great, but it's not a must-have for us - if you're eager to learn we can teach you what you need to know You love people.
