Pe Funds Associate (Uk Qualified Lawyer)

Aventus is working with a leading US Law Firm based in London.
Our client is looking to hire a UK Qualified Private Equity Funds Associate with 3+ years PQE, who has experience advising on a broad range of PE funds matters, both domestic and international.
About the role Candidates should have at least 3 years PQE in Private Equity Law practice.
The candidate should possess strong business development skills, as the associate will be expected to contribute to the development of new and existing clients and service some of the best client portfolio in the world - they have a leading team with a great reputation in the market.

About you To be considered for this role, the candidate should have a minimum of three years of experience in PE Funds work, gained at a leading International, US or Magic Circle firm.
While an England & Wales qualification is preferred, the role is open to candidates qualified in a few major Commonwealth jurisdictions such as the US, New Zealand and Australia ONLY.
No other qualification jurisdiction will be considered.
