Payroll Specialist - VPZ Newbridge Permanent Starting at £30K DOE 35 hours per week (Open to negotiation around working hours) Office based We are looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our HR team at our Newbridge HQ.
The Payroll Specialist will manage all payroll activities across the business, ensure that employees' payroll is processed efficiently, correctly, and in line with UK legislation.
Main Responsibilities : Providing advice and guidance to managers and staff on all matters relating to payroll.
Managing monthly payroll cycle, responsible for the provision of accurate and timely payroll payments in accordance with current legislation.
Monitoring the accuracy of all information held in the Sage payroll system especially regarding all employee lifecycle changes, i.e.
starters, leavers, job changes, payroll information, etc.
Generating BACS payroll files for payment Accurate submission of pension contributions and maintenance of employee pension scheme membership.
Maintaining and processing employee wage attachments Processing payroll status changes (e.g.
pay increases, leavers etc.
), inputting details and checking accuracy of changes.
Validating and processing of employee cash expense claims.
