Job Title: Payroll & Reward Manager Location: Remote Package: £63,000 + bonus & car allowance Bonus + Car Allowance JGA is excited to partner with a prominent organization looking for a Payroll & Reward Manager to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This role will provide vital support during a period of transformation for the business.
Job Responsibilities: Processing a payroll of 500 employees Overseeing workflows to make sure every payroll transaction is handled accurately and delivered on time.
Carry out benchmarking, equal pay audits, annual salary reviews, and oversee job evaluations to ensure consistency and fairness.
Sharing essential updates with pension providers, HMRC, and other regulatory bodies while overseeing End-of-Year statutory filings to ensure compliance with HMRC requirements.
General Skills: Extensive experience managing all aspects of payroll operations, from navigating complex payroll systems to coordinating with third-party providers Skilled in analyzing data, performing pay audits, and utilizing HR and payroll systems to generate precise and insightful reports.
Deep expertise in developing reward strategies, managing benefits programs, and conducting benchmarking to deliver competitive and inclusive employee offerings.
Up-to-date knowledge of payroll-related legislation, tax compliance, and reward policies within the UK and Ireland.
