Payroll Manager

Job Title: Payroll Manager Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 9am to 5pm Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum Location: Bromsgrove   My client is searching for an experienced Payroll Manager to take ownership of their payroll processes within a start-up business in Bromsgrove.

As the Payroll Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the company's growth, ensuring accurate payroll operations while collaborating closely with HR and finance.

Duties & Responsibilities: Oversee the end-to-end payroll process to ensure efficient and accurate payroll cycles.
Maintain and update employee records using Sage payroll software.
Work closely with the HR department to verify and maintain accurate employee information.
Produce payroll reports and provide insights to management as required.
Analyse payroll data, addressing discrepancies or issues as needed.
Manage payroll-related accounts payable tasks.
Ensure compliance with related laws and regulations.
Skills and Attributes required: Proven experience in payroll management.
Proficient in Sage payroll software.
Strong analytical skills for reviewing and interpreting payroll data.
Solid understanding of accounting principles in relation to payroll.
High attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
