Sharp Consultancy are thrilled to be working with an outstanding Rotherham based business that are widely known across the engineering sector, up and down the UK.
Due to implementing a brand-new system, they are looking for a Payroll Clerk on a 9-month FTC to assist the payroll team and provide additional support.
You will be working alongside a small and friendly team, reporting directly into the Payroll Supervisor.
This role involves a range of responsibilities whilst also assisting with any adhoc tasks as and when required.
Key Responsibilities: Managing wages, including bonuses and deductions.
Generating payslips, P45s and P60s.
Administrating pension schemes.
Processing travel payments.
Dealing with any absence, maternity and paternity payments.
Investigating and assisting with the resolution of discrepancies.
Producing reports as and when required.
Key Skills and Experience: Experience working within a similar role.
Able to prioritise tasks and have fantastic organisational skills.
Ability to communicate with different individuals across departments.
