By joining our HR team, your career will accelerate due to the challenges and variety that come with being part of a growing global business.Position Overview We are seeking a hands-on, agile Payroll & Benefits Specialist, diligent with the details and efficient in work processes.
This new position will evolve in both scope and complexity over time.DutiesAssist with day-to-day operations of the Payroll & Benefits function and dutiesSupporting internal and external inquiries and requests related to Payroll & Benefits, policies, and regulationsAccurate input of payroll data, and assist in running the full Payroll cycle with third party provider (ADP)Assist in verifying payroll previews every pay cycle against previous payroll registersComplete monthly Payroll processing and administrationReview, verify and process monthly enrollments, terminations and change in life status eventsResponsible for insuring employee Payroll & Benefits records are properly organized and accurateMaintain clear understanding of general benefits relate regulatory requirements and updates as well as internal policies, procedures, and control standardsJob RequirementsExperience in Payroll in one of following countries UK/Ireland, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Germany, Poland, Italy, Spain, France or South Africa in a similar role requiredHigh-tech, or rapid growth industry experience is strongly preferred, but not requiredHands-on experience with an HRISExcellent written & communication skills along with high attention-to-detail, requiredLanguage skills in German, French, Polish or Italian are an asset We operate with No Ego and No Arrogance.
