Role Overview: As a Payroll Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing the end-to-end payroll process for a diverse portfolio of clients after being provide hands on support and training.
You will ensure accurate and timely payroll operations while adhering to statutory requirements and maintaining confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Payroll Processing - Manage and process the full payroll cycle for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with current legislation and regulations.
Data Management - Collect, verify, and input payroll data from various sources, maintaining meticulous records and ensuring data integrity.
Client Communication - Act as the primary point of contact for payroll-related inquiries from clients, providing clear and concise information and resolving issues promptly.
Compliance and Reporting - Ensure all payroll activities comply with statutory regulations and company policies.
Prepare and submit necessary reports, such as PAYE, National Insurance, and pension contributions.
Utilize payroll software to process payrolls and update systems with any changes in client information, tax codes, or pay rates.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with changes in payroll legislation and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications and Experience: Strong numerical and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
