You will play a key part in maintaining accuracy and driving improvements within the payroll function.
Role Responsibilities Assisting in the management of payroll and pension processes.
Ensuring compliance with payroll regulations and staying updated with changes in taxation, pensions, and national insurance legislation.
Providing expert advice and guidance on payroll matters to the team and stakeholders.
Assisting in the accurate and timely delivery of payroll operations.
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the Payroll Team.
Qualifications and Skills Extensive experience in payroll operations, with a strong understanding of payroll and pension processes.
Knowledge of UK taxation, pensions, and national insurance legislation.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
Previous experience in the public sector is desirable but not essential.
