Job summary UNLOCK YOUR BEST WORK LIFE + make a difference for every patient We are looking for a Patient Pathway Coordinator to join our energetic and enthusiastic administration team.
Our administration and customer service hubs are organised by specialties which include Orthopaedics, Gynaecology, ENT and Ophthalmology.
Each team is responsible for all appointment bookings, from the first Outpatient visit, to surgery and post-operative reviews and includes liaison with referrers and external providers of diagnostic services.
As an integral part of the hospital, you will have a high level of patient contact over the telephone and in reception areas.
Our focus at all times is on ensuring that our patients receive high quality service and treatment quickly, in clean and comfortable surroundings.
This is a full-time permanent position Working Monday to Friday, from - Some flexibility to cover sickness and annual leave Main duties of the job You will be an experienced administrator with Strong organisational and customer service skills Experience working within a similar environment would be an advantage A sincere desire to be part of a team that takes great pride in helping patients What you can expect in return Increased annual leave with years of service 8am-6pm shifts split across 5 days (Monday-Saturday).
