Could this be you?This non-teaching role will provide pastoral care to support the welfare and progress of students, working as part of the wider pastoral team to support our school and trust wide processes for attendance, behaviour and safeguarding.Actual Salary £26,520 - £ 29,921 per annum (Grade 8, SCP 12 - SCP 20)This job is Full time - 37 Hours per week (Term time + 3 additional weeks)It is offered on a Permanent basisApproximate start date February 2025We are looking for someone who:has excellent organisational and communication skillsmust be able to demonstrate resourcefulness, initiative and good time managementhas the confidence to take appropriate decisions.has a real interest in supporting students' learning.Ideally, we would like to appoint someone who has previous experience of Working in a similar role or in a school environmentWorking with young peopleUsing data and tracking tools to monitor behaviour, attendance and progress.Previous experience in attendance or behaviour supportWorking days are Monday to Friday 8.00am to 4.00pm term time + 3 additional weeks to be working during the school holidays.Please refer to the attached job description for more details about the role.
