As a Trade Parts Sales Specialist, you'll play a vital role in supporting our local B2B business, providing expert advice and ensuring our customers have everything they need.
As a Trade Parts Sales Specialist, you'll be the go-to person for our trade customers, assisting them with their parts requirements and offering tailored solutions to meet their business needs.
Your primary responsibilities will include: - Providing exceptional customer service to our trade customers, building strong relationships based on trust and expertise.
- Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate parts and accessories.
- Assisting customers in finding the right products, providing detailed product information, and offering suitable alternatives when necessary.
- Processing orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
- Proactively identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products, increasing revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Resolving customer queries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our product range, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
