Your role: You are accountable for the governance of the Managed Pathology Services (MPS) contract at the Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust (CWPS) You are responsible for the day to day performance management of the MPS contract including the Finance and Operations' management for all Services delivered to the Trust You are the key relationship holder and partner with CWPS and will be a critical enabler of customer satisfaction You work strategically with senior stakeholders within CWPS to identify and deliver strategic initiatives and innovation to further optimise and improve the clinical and diagnostic service offering of CWPS Your expertise: Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail such that financial and operational elements are monitored and managed effectively Strong commercial and strategic awareness to ensure innovation and continual improvement of service offering Experience of working in the clinical diagnostics environment in a senior commercial or pathology services role You will be required to work on-site at one of our hospital sites in Coventry and Warwickshire 3 days/week Benefits 26 days of holidays Flexible benefits, including medical cover Pension contribution (match up to 10%) Company shares Volunteering days Company car Who we are: We are a team of more than 71,000 highly dedicated Healthineers in more than 70 countries.
