Responsible for the co-ordination of specific provision to support individual pupils with SEN or a disability and the associated paperwork.Requirements:*Proven experience as a SENCO or in a similar role within a special educational needs setting*In-depth knowledge of SEN legislation, policies, and best practices*Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills*A compassionate and patient approach to working with students with diverse needs*A relevant degree and SENCO qualification are essential*Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities*Flexibility and availability to work on a daily supply basis*An enhanced DBS check on the update service (or wiling to apply for one)Why Join Us?
