The impact you'll have: Reporting directly into the Head of Partner Marketing, the German Partner Marketing Manager will provide operational and strategic support in building and growing the German market.
This position plays a key role in the planning, implementation and optimisation of the DE affiliate and partner marketing strategy - helping to take this channel to the next level for loveholidays.
In May 2023 we successfully launched into Germany and built a healthy portfolio of partners and affiliates.
We want to accelerate this business with existing partners and want to add further promising partners to the portfolio.
Your day-to-day: Develop, implement and optimise new campaigns to achieve key business KPIs.
Building relationships with prospective partners along a clear acquisition funnel, i.e.
identifying prospective customers, lead generation and conversion.
Own and develop the commercial relationship with partners and top performing affiliates.
Assume responsibility for understanding partner requirements and translate them into clear actions for the technical and analytics teams to prioritise.
Lead the growth of the DE affiliate programme.
Conduct in-depth analysis, gathering actionable insights from various data sources to evaluate performance.
Identify opportunities for growth, including new partner integration (ability to think out of the box with a creative mindset).
Attend events to keep abreast of best practices, promotional trends and stay up to date with the latest industry developments.
Your skillset: Previously worked with affiliate networks on a day to day basis including helping with tracking, managing validations/transaction queries, creative banners and reporting.
Experience managing affiliate programme set up, maintenance, upgrades and ongoing resolution of technical issues.
Strong analytical and numerical skills with demonstrated ability to analyse and interpret complex data into actionable insights.
Highly motivated with proven experience in driving sales/bookings via partnerships.
Ability to develop and own working relationships with partners and with internal teams to receive technical support to assist and align with the growth objectives.
Experience delivering against key performance indicators and business targets.
Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills (native DE & fluent EN), with the ability to think and act with speed.
Ability to communicate in a highly structured way both verbally and in writing and ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
Highly organised & efficient, able to work clearly & effectively in a fast paced environment.
