This role involves building and managing relationships and programs with Partners to execute effective partner marketing and enablement strategies that drives demand and sales of Aeris products to Enterprise customers.
As a Partner Marketing and Enablement Manager, you will be responsible for building relationships with partners teams responsible for product introduction, sales enablement and marketing.
You will also have responsibility for cross-functional program management into Ericsson, bringing together relevant external and internal functions—including product, marketing, sales, and training—to achieve successful go-to-market (GTM) outcomes for Aeris and its partners.Key Responsibilities:Manage partner enablement and marketing relationships and programs to for successful channel salesBuild strong relationships and credibility with partners that we can support and work with them to build marketing awareness and demand, as well as support sales and training enablement.Create and manage tools, activities, and content to support partner marketing and enablementProvide enablement for Aeris Channel Sales team to successfully bring products and services to market with partners and enterprise customersPartner with the Aeris Training and Marketing team to create and implement content programs focused on building consideration among Channel Partners and Enterprises, driving increased pipeline and accelerated commercial successMinimum Requirements:1-3 years' hands-on experience working with Telco Channel Partners5 years' experience working across global markets, including APAC and the USProven experience in executing sales enablement and campaigns within IT and Telecommunications companies targeted at Enterprise customersDemonstrated proficiency in multi-organizational and multi-functional program managementStrong communication skills, including effective written and verbal presentation skillsBased out of Hammersmith, London office and willing to work from office weeklyPreferred Requirements:Proficiency in German, French, Japanese or Chinese as a second languagePrevious experience within a CSP/Telco in Product Marketing and Sales EnablementExperience in social and digital marketingSales enablement and partner program automation experience including proficiency in SharePoint, Highspot, and/or Salesforce
