Marketing Manager – Immersive Experiences & Live Events Location: London (Hybrid) Contract: Freelance (3 days per week) until September 2025 Salary: £280 - £300/DAY DNA Recruit is excited to be partnering with a pioneering immersive experiences company to find a Marketing Manager who will play a vital role in shaping the marketing strategy for a highly anticipated large-scale immersive production.

The Role As Marketing Manager , you'll collaborate closely with the Marketing & Communications Director to bring innovative, multi-channel marketing strategies to life.
Your work will contribute to creating transformative experiences that blend art, technology, and storytelling, inspiring audiences to engage and think differently.
You'll take the lead on developing the company's CRM function, launching its website, managing campaigns, and fostering relationships with contractors and agencies.
From crafting audience development strategies to engaging local communities, this role combines strategic planning, creative execution, and a passion for delivering unique audience experiences.
Key Responsibilities Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns for immersive projects, including a groundbreaking theatrical experience in 2025.
Lead the creation and launch of the company's website , ensuring it becomes a hub for digital content and event information.
Build and manage a robust CRM strategy , driving audience engagement and lead generation.
Ensure consistent and high-quality brand representation across all materials, collaborating with internal teams and external agencies.
Analyze campaign performance using ticketing and marketing metrics, reporting on ROI and opportunities for improvement.
Develop audience engagement strategies, including community outreach and local initiatives.
Work closely with contractors, agencies, and internal teams to deliver high-quality campaigns on time and on budget.
Assist with PR activities, partnership opportunities , and ticketing operations.
About You You're a strategic thinker with a creative edge, experienced in marketing for immersive experiences, live events, or theatre.
You thrive on collaboration but are equally comfortable working independently to deliver results.
What You'll Bring: Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing , ideally within the arts, entertainment, or live events industries.
A track record of success with multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive engagement and ticket sales.
Expertise in website development and CRM systems.
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage budgets effectively.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
A creative and analytical mindset, balancing innovative ideas with data-driven decision-making.
