PARKS & LEISURE PARKS & LEISURE ADMINISTRATION SUPERVISOR SO2 SCP 28-30 £36,648 - £38,223 subject to Job Evaluation Review in approx.
one year Plus 19% employer pension contribution 1 x Permanent, 37 hours per week Location: Antrim Civic Centre (Monday to Friday) This is an office-based position and remote working is unavailable MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB To supervise Parks and Leisure Customer and Administration Staff and monitor performance to deliver a high-quality service ensuring that all responsibilities are carried out in an effective and timely manner to meet departmental objectives.
To assist with the overall success of the parks and leisure service by providing effective administration of leisure memberships, booking of facilities and services, as well as being the main point of contact for parks and leisure enquiries.

Recruitment Process: The recruitment process will assess the suitability of the candidates against the requirements for the post including the 7 competencies identified in the Competence Framework for Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council.
(A copy of the Competency framework is attached for information) The process will include the following: Interview - which is provisionally scheduled to take place on week commencing Monday 18 November 2024 A reserve list will be created for this post for a 12 month period and if this post becomes available either part time, full time, temporary or permanent within 12 months this will be offered to reserve candidates in order of merit.
