Job title Paraplanner Location Onsite only - Leeds Job Type Full time and Permanent Salary £30,000 (flexible) Benefits: Pension; 6 weeks holiday plus bank holidays; Private Medical Insurance Role Overview This position supports our Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs) and Senior Paraplanners by preparing high-quality, client-focused suitability reports.
It involves managing and updating the CRM.
Key Responsibilities Suitability Report Preparation Compliance and Record Maintenance Client Service and Support Assist in managing client inquiries, working closely with the administrative team to ensure smooth communication and efficient service.
Team Collaboration and Process Adherence : Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions to stay informed and updated on procedures, company products, and industry developments.
Exercise initiative in managing your own tasks and consult with the IFAs and Senior Paraplanners on workload priorities.
Other Responsibilities : Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a client-centered approach in all interactions.
Attend training courses and events as required to further develop skills.
Contribute to the team's success by taking on additional duties as assigned by management.
Skills and Experience Required Industry Experience : Prior experience in financial services, particularly with a focus on FCA compliance.
Technical Skills : Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with updating client files electronically.
Analytical Skills : Ability to assess information critically, draw comparisons, and identify essential details within complex reports.
Report Writing : Demonstrated ability to produce clear, structured, and comprehensive suitability reports.
