Paralegal (Shipping Transaction) - London

We are collaborating with a Tier 1, globally recognised law firm based in London that is seeking an ambitious Paralegal to join their dynamic Shipping Law department.
In this role, you will work closely with the shipping transactional team on a variety of ship finance matters.
Previous experience in a law firm is preferred.

Your responsibilities will include drafting transaction documentation, assisting with the collection of KYC documentation, and coordinating payments.
