Paralegal – Real Estate Team | Regional Law FirmLocation: Milton KeynesSalary: up to £30,000 + Benefits Our client, a highly regarded regional law firm, is looking to expand their Real Estate team with the appointment of a talented and driven Paralegal.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and gain exposure to a wide range of commercial property work, including landlord and tenant law, commercial leases, and property transactions.
Key Responsibilities: Assist the Real Estate team in advising clients on various commercial property matters, including leases, lease renewals, and other related agreements.
Draft and review commercial leases, lease renewals, and related documents.
Support senior fee earners with property transactions, ensuring all legal requirements are met.
Liaise with clients, landlords, and tenants in a professional manner to provide clear and concise advice.
Maintain accurate records and manage case files efficiently.
Assist with business development initiatives and help foster relationships with clients.
Knowledge and Experience Required: A solid understanding of commercial property law, particularly in landlord and tenant matters and commercial leases.
Experience advising on and drafting new leases, lease renewals, and other property-related agreements.
A professional legal qualification or currently working towards one (CILEX, Law Degree, or Paralegal qualification).
Demonstrable experience in commercial property law and the ability to manage your own caseload.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
