Our client is looking for a Paralegal to join their Property Securitisation team.
Offering a competitive salary of £25,311 and hybrid working (three days in the office, two from home), this role provides the opportunity to work on high-value affordable housing transactions, with projects ranging from £1 million to £2 billion, all within a supportive and professional environment.
About the Role: You'll assist with property charging transactions, title checks, drafting documents, and managing pre- and post-completion tasks while working closely with experienced professionals.
What We're Looking For: Candidates with at least 1 year of experience in social housing, securitisation, property, or conveyancing.
Knowledge of Section 106 Agreements, Land Registry systems, and strong drafting, organisational, and communication skills are essential.
