Private Client Legal Assistant

My client are looking to recruit an experienced Private Client Legal Assistant in a full time position.
You will be part of a highly successful team with a competitive package on offer.
You will be supporting solicitors for the days they are in as well as handling walk-ins and inbound calls.
Knowledge of Private Client matters are essential.
Responsibilities: Support solicitors with effective file management.Ensure clients are handled efficiently and legal matters are addressed.Attend to clients, take instructions, and handle letter and phone inquiries.Promptly manage telephone inquiries.Provide quotes via phone, email, and in person.
Use practice procedures and systems to manage cases per firm standards.Manage own workload, productivity, and quality with minimal supervision.Ensure confidentiality of firm and client documents.
