Paid Media Manager

FixMyCar is looking for a Paid Media Manager to drive the strategy on its digital marketing activity across performance channels such as PPC as well as brand activity across multiple online channels.
Sat within the marketing team, this is an integral role in driving better efficiency and effectiveness of our paid media channels, collaborating with other marketing disciplines too to improve overall integrating campaigning to meet business goals.
Key responsibilities of the role include: Building on a paid media strategy to diversify the digital channel mix and meet business goals at multiple stages of the funnel Leading the strategy and optimisation of PPC activity across multiple service campaigns Managing the performance of paid social campaign activity and manage an agency on the planning and optimisations Responsible for the analysis and reporting of paid media activity and regularly sharing these insights with key stakeholders Working closely with content, SEO and product teams to improve the conversion of paid inbound traffic Briefing advertising agencies on the delivery of digital media formats for campaigns and BAU activity Collaborating on monthly competitor analysis reporting and providing suggestions on optimisations and improvements Requirements Experience managing the full life cycle of PPC and paid social campaigns, from planning and set up through to optimisation and reporting, preferably with strong experience in B2C campaigns Analytical mindset: naturally curious and innovative, strong ability to interpret data and confident in identifying results and actions Commercially astute: clear understanding of how paid media investment is delivering against key objectives and higher business goals  Great collaborator: ability to work with a wide range of marketing disciplines and other stakeholders to support multiple business priorities Excellent communicator: Able to turn complex data into clear story-telling to improve business understanding and clarity Experience managing large budgets for all PPC activities Benefits Fully remote/flexible working Holidays: 25 days per annum + Birthday Leave (1 day) Private Medical Insurance (70% Company funded) Life Assurance (4x basic salary) Pension: 5.5% Employer contribution (5% Employee contribution) Employee Assistance Programme Flu vaccinations allowance Home-based allowance Eye test allowance 2 volunteering days Elective work location change (work from anywhere) Holiday Buy-Back Scheme: Buy 5 days additional holiday (After 1 years' service)
