About the Role Seeking an experienced Paid Media specialist with expertise in Paid Search and Paid Social to join an award-winning, and independent digital marketing agency as a Paid Media Account Director.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for leading high-performing teams to deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities: Client Strategy & Leadership : Oversee client accounts, aligning strategies with business goals, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Team Development : Mentor and support Account Managers and Account Executives, fostering a high-performance culture.
Operations & Communication : Lead client meetings, manage project workflows and maintain strong client and vendor relationships.
New Business Development : Lead pitches for new business, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to agency positioning.
Channel Expertise : Provide expert guidance on Paid Search and Paid Social, keeping up-to-date with market trends.
Ideal Candidate: Experience : 4+ years in digital marketing with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Expertise : In-depth knowledge of Paid Search and Paid Social, particularly Google Ads and Meta platforms.
Leadership : Proven track record of leading teams, delivering results, and managing high-profile client accounts.
Strategic Mindset : Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to craft and execute effective marketing strategies.
