The Clinical Services Manager will: Lead the development and operational delivery of family-centred care.
Support the leadership and transformation of Clinical Services.
Drive change management and enhance clinical practice.
Collaborate with senior colleagues and external providers to improve service outcomes.
Provide line management and supervision to the clinical team.
Oversee the clinical services rota and partake in on-call duties.
Ensure the highest standards of care and confidentiality.
Package and Benefits: The Clinical Services Manager will receive: Annual salary between £51,000 to £58,000 £5,000 joining bonus 25 days of annual leave, increasing with service.
