Packaging Operative

Our globally recognised client are looking for Packaging Operatives to join their busy team.
The successful candidate will be able to work Monday to Friday with a 6am start and have flexibility with finish time.
Duties will include packaging of meats for sale in line with specifications and orders Key Responsibilities will include: The ability to identify vacuum-packed cuts of meat Recognition of different cuts of mean that legally must be weighed and labelled correctly Placing selected cuts of meat into correct customer specified bags at variable line speeds The ability to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner to meet daily targets Preform all prestart, hygiene and safety checks Skills / Experience Previous experience working in a fast paced meat processing environment is highly beneficial Manual handling ability and awareness Able to work in a cold environment Able to communicate well in English in written and oral form with multinationals on all levels Consistent approach and strong work ethic ability to work under own initiative as well as part of a team If you are interested please apply today.
