A rare and exciting role as PA to Founding Partner, covering private and business aspects for a UHNWI in a well-known asset management firm based in Mayfair. This is a FTC position until February 2024 paying up to £80k + bonuses.
Aspects of the role include: Secretarial and administrative assistanceDiary managementManaging phones and inboxesScheduling meetingsArranging travel and booking transport, including by private charterBooking lunches and dinnersTyping up monthly reports and occasional speechesActing as the point person between other departments (Executive Committee, Marketing, Compliance, Finance and HR)Personal Support: Liaising with the individual's wife, children, and household staffExtensive organisation of shoot days and other trips such as fishing, golf and family holidaysPayment of invoices for contractors and personal purchasesPayment of household staff wages, pensions and HR supportOversight of charity dealingsPersonal administrative dutiesArrangement of personal appointmentsProviding general personal supportRequirements: Proactive and highly organisedDiscretiveExcellent ability to work under pressure and has a strong eye for detailGood communication skillsPrior experience supporting an HNW individual would be beneficialIT literate (Microsoft Office and Mac)Please apply below!
