Pa - Hybrid

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and confident PA to provide comprehensive administrative support to a charming and impressive Chief Information Officer of a premium organisation.
Based in gorgeous open plan offices in Central London, the PA will support the CIO by acting as a first point of contact for internal and external Senior Executives, as well as establishing and maintaining good relationships with the Executive Committee and Board Members.
The PA will be responsible for a busy diary, as well as organising meetings and extensive travel arrangements across multiple times zones.
The PA will also be required to support on preparing reports and presentations, as well as managing expenses.
As a real team-player, we are looking for a PA who wants to be really involved in the day-to-day, while being comfortable handling a wide range of sensitive and confidential information.Attitude is key in this PA role; we are looking for someone who is personable and great at building long-term relationships, and who communicates well, as they will often be representing the CIO when they are not in the office.
