Job overview Outpatients Deputy ManagerWorking Full time: 37.5 hours per weekThe Outpatient's Department are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our friendly and supportive team as Deputy Manager.This role will involve working closely with both the Outpatients Manager and Matron promoting the delivery of high-quality safe patient care, daily fulfilling a range of responsibilities (please see main duties of job for further information)This ethos will be shown by being a supportive, experienced senior staff member whilst demonstrating excellent leadership for both our registered nurses and healthcare assistants.
You will do this by having oversight of clinical areas and staff ensuring that processes and polices are maintained, the Trust behavioural standards are being adhered to whilst taking overall responsibility for recognising and responding appropriately to any situation that may occur.The successful candidate will be expected to work within all areas of Outpatients at both
