Your responsibilities will encompass registering applications, overseeing projects from inception to completion, addressing queries, scheduling inspections, and managing the financial aspects of applications.You should have experience working in a building support role in administration or a customer-serving role in general.
You should be customer-driven, possess excellent communication skills both by phone and in writing, take ownership and responsibility for your work, work well in a team, and have an understanding of (or a desire to understand) the relationship between building control and serving the community.How to apply:To apply, please click Building Inspectors Acivico Building Consultancy provide the Building Control service for Birmingham City Council and combine the ethical approach to compliance with standards with the commercial approach of a private company.We currently have opportunities in the following roles, Building Inspector / Senior Building Inspector / Specialist Building Inspector.
