Ostara Responder (Relief) Location : Newcastle upon Tyne Salary: £25,584 - £26,409 pro rata, per annum Hours: As and when required The Role The company provides a full range of services designed to assist people to continue to live in their own homes with comfort and reassurance of a Telecare system.
Based from the head office you will respond to emergency calls from customers who may have fallen, feel unwell or need reassurance.
Skills and Qualifications You will have a caring and compassionate nature You will have the ability to work in a responsive service You will have great communication skills and have the ability to communicate with customers and professionals.
