Administrator - Service and Maintenance Operations
Halecroft Recruitment is excited to present a fantastic opportunity for an Administrator to support our client's Service and Maintenance Operations team in Trafford Park, Greater Manchester. This 6-month position offers a rate of £14.29 per hour, and is perfect for a detail-oriented individual ready to enhance their administrative skills in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities: Process customer orders efficiently Issue order acknowledgements Upload Risk and Method Statements to work orders Administer parts ordering Goods receipting of open POs Upload invoices to customer portals Collaborate with teams to enhance customer experience Continually seek solutions for process improvement Requirements: Strong administration background Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders Quick thinking and problem-solving skills IT literate, proficient in Microsoft Office programs Experience with CRM systems is advantageous Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Industry knowledge is desirable but not essential Hours: 9am - 5pm Mon - Fri (35hrs per week)
£14.29 per hour (Paid Weekly)
Location: Trafford Park (Office based initially for training and then hybrid 3 days WFH, 2 days in the office)
