We are looking for an Oracle People Data Analyst on a 12 month fixed term contract basis to join our People Data & Technology team, within the People Function. The successful applicant will be known internally as a HR Systems Consultant
The role is responsible for providing people data to colleagues and external regulators. This includes system reports, ad hoc data requests, automated letters and regulatory returns.
People data is used throughout the Society to enhance our employees experience, support with making key people decisions and enable operational processes.

What you'll be doing As a HR Systems Consultant you will be creating and maintaining system reports and data models, as well as doing regulatory return submissions.
You'll be responsible for supporting stakeholders to define their data requirements and understand their data.
You will be working closely with other colleagues to investigate issues with system reports and keeping our data safe including special category data.
About you To be successful in this role you need to have a passion for data and enjoy collaborating with others.
As a minimum, we are looking for someone with the following skills:
Experience of using reporting tools to query and extract data – using OTBI and BI Publisher or similar tooling. Experience of working with and providing people data Strong analytical skills Advanced MS Excel skills – usage of pivot tables, vlookups & formulas will be an expectation Proven ability to prioritise effectively Good communication skills from both a written and verbal perspective Our Customer First behaviours are all about putting customers and members at the heart of how we work together.
