We have an urgent requirement for a HR Workstream Lead with experience of working on Oracle Fusion implementations to start with our client ASAP on a contract until June .
The Workstream Lead will be a subject matter expert within HR and have Oracle Fusion HCM knowledge & experience and will support the implementation of the Oracle Fusion system within the organisation.The successful candidate will have been heavily involved in an Oracle Fusion implementation from a Programme/workstream side, implementing modules and working with implementation partners and they will have experience of going through go-live situations.
This will include engagement, communications, training, cutover, go-live and hyper care phases.Essential experience includes:* Experience of delivering within a complex Programme environment* Experience of previous Oracle Fusion implementations.
* HCM Oracle Fusion knowledge and experience.
* Expertise and experience within several HR specialisms.
