Job Title: Oracle Fusion HCM/Payroll Technical Service Owner Location: Swindon (1-2 days per week on-site) Contract: 12-months About the Role Our client is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM/Payroll Technical Service Owner to lead the critical transition of their Oracle Fusion HCM platform from development to production.
This role is essential for ensuring a seamless handover, establishing long-term operational stability, and supporting a team dedicated to optimising HR and Payroll technology solutions.
If you have a technical background in HCM, strong leadership abilities, and a thorough understanding of HR processes, this position could be a great fit.
Key Responsibilities Transition Management: Lead the smooth transition of Oracle Fusion HCM from development to production, collaborating with stakeholders on timelines, risk management, and resource planning.
Team Development: Build and mentor a high-performing team to support Oracle Fusion HCM, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and collaboration.
Operational Oversight: Ensure stability, performance, and scalability of the HCM platform, implementing best practices for administration and incident management.
Service and Change Management: Oversee daily operations, maintain SLAs for HR services, and manage change implementations during the stabilisation phase.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the main contact for technical inquiries, building strong connections with HR leadership, IT teams, and external partners.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain thorough documentation of system architecture and configurations, and provide regular updates on performance and team initiatives.
Experience and Qualifications 12+ years of experience in managing Oracle Fusion HCM and Payroll platforms or similar systems.
In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM and Payroll functionalities, with a strong HR technology background.
Proven leadership skills, with experience in team-building and managing complex transitions.
Proficiency in data analysis, system integration, and reporting tools.
Personal Attributes Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
A proactive approach and the ability to navigate fast-paced environments with a collaborative spirit.
