You will make the difference by inspiring, motivating and leading this team to deliver high quality exciting and entertaining experiences to your customers.You will;Be responsible for providing an excellent product and customer experience through all hosting activities in the Casino whilst upholding the principles of safer gamblingSupport the Management Team in driving the performance of the casino measured against a balanced scorecard of targets covering finance, customer service, and team metricsChampion and role model our values of Service, Teamwork, Ambition, Responsibility and SolutionsHelp to build a highly capable management team who are fanatical about safer gambling, customer excellence and a quality productAssist the recruitment and development of a strong team of multi skilled employees ensuring they deliver the Grosvenor brand experience across sales, leisure and food and beverageProactively drive sales and control margin and costs to drive casino profitabilityEnsure your casino proactively complies with all regulation, particularly the Gaming Commission licensing requirements, and that you are a champion for safer gamblingQualificationsPML holder with previous casino experiencePrevious team leadership experience within a service driven environment (Hospitality, Entertainment, Leisure, F&B or similar)Customer focused with experience in delivering excellent service in hosting activities, front of house/reception, F&B etcGood at managing change and building a positive culturePrevious experience of promotional events and managing / directing a customer orientated retail business to a wide range of customers including VIPs and regular visitorsExcellent communicator, able to collaborate with the wider businessSound commercial and financial acumenValues and personally demonstrates behaviours that support and encourages inclusion and diversity.Flexibility to work at peak times (evenings, nights and weekends) as required by the business Closing date for applications is 1st December.Additional Information#LI-Onsite #LI-GB1
