Operations Director Health & Wellness Cambridgeshire, (hybrid) The opportunity: Are you a strategic and results-driven manufacturing leader ready to make a real impact?
We are partnering with one of the fastest-growing Health & Wellness brands that is making a significant impact on both their customers and the industry.
Due to continued expansion and growth, they are seeking an exceptional Operations Director to join their senior leadership team.
This is a critical new hire, where you will help lead operational efficiencies and strategy to support the company's growth and goals.
About the Role As Operations Director, you will be driving manufacturing and supply chain efficiencies, ensuring high standards of quality and safety and delivering on key KPI's.
With the business producing premium products you will ensure all products meet the highest quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
You will set clear objectives aligned with the company's vision and values, hold the team accountable and drive the operations and supply chain to support the fast growth of the business.
This role will report directly into the CEO/Founder.
A great candidate will have the following?
Extensive experience in a senior operations role in the food and beverage sector and ideally in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills to inspire, with a proven track record of building high performing teams with a strong ethos of continuous improvement.
Certification in Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, approachable and effective at all levels.
Innovative and with a forward-thinking approach to operational solutions.
Results-oriented and driven to achieve measurable results.
An amazing can-do attitude and collaborative, you need to be super driven, with strong values and ethics.
