Travel to the Ashford/London Office at least once per monthHere at Saga, we are looking for an Operations Change Lead.
The Operations Change Lead is responsible for developing strategies that will guide the change process.
They work closely with senior leaders to define the scope of the change, identify the stakeholders who will be impacted, and develop a plan for implementing the change.
They will be responsible for communicating the need for change to stakeholders, and for managing resistance to the change.
They will work closely with all stakeholders to understand their concerns, and to address those concerns in a way that is consistent with the goals of the change initiative.They must build relationships with stakeholders, to assist in buy-in for the change initiative.
They work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, and to ensure that the change is aligned with those needs.Role ResponsibilityDevelop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximise colleague adoption and minimise resistanceCollaborate with senior leaders to identify and prioritise change initiatives based on business needs and prioritiesBuild relationships and work closely with stakeholders to identify and address concerns related to the change initiativeWork with the change impact analyst to understand upcoming changes and build communication and action timeline for leadershipDevelop and deliver communication and training programs that support the adoption of change initiativesHelp understand the key metrics and measures of change success, track the progress of change initiatives and report on the status of those initiatives to senior leadersIdentify and manage the risks associated with change initiatives and develop contingency plans to mitigate those risksFoster a culture of continuous improvement and encourage colleagues to embrace change as a way to drive growth and innovationManage resistance to change and help alleviate colleague concerns related to the change initiativeWork with cross-functional teams to ensure that change initiatives are integrated with other business processes and initiativesFacilitate change management workshops and training sessions to build change management competencies across the operationsDevelop and implement change management policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistency and effectivenessEnsure that change initiatives are aligned with the operational strategy and vision, and they support colleague and customer outcomesBuild and maintain relationships with external change management experts and vendors to stay abreast of best practices and emerging trends in change managementStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in change management, and continuously improve the organisation's change management capabilitiesThe Ideal CandidateExcellent personal communication, presentation skills and able to come across as a professional, credible, and able to act on behalf of Operations in project meetingsStrong levels of multi-tasking, prioritisation, and solution-orientated approachesUnderstanding of change disciplines and/or principles is desirableFlexible and adaptable to needs of the ongoing project portfolioCurious to understand best practice and capable of working in sometimes ambiguous scenariosWell organised and detail orientedAble to support and challenge decisions based on Operational leadership feedbackAbility to work under pressure and to deadlinesPackage DescriptionEveryday our colleagues deliver exceptional experiences to our customers.
